Street food blogs
Those who stay in these parts absolutely cannot help but taste some of the typical street food specialities.
The first to come to mind is the arancina. It is a ball of rice breaded and fried, generally stuffed with meat sauce or cooked ham and mozzarella.
My favorites? Those of Bar Grazia.

Another of the specialties not to be missed is pane cunzato (seasoned bread), a bread filled with olive oil, salt, tomato, primo sale cheese and anchovies in oil.
I like to eat it at the Panificio di Stabile e Anselmo near the beam of Scopello.

In the same bakery you can taste the sfincione, a sort of soft, thick, spongy pizza, topped with a sauce of onions, anchovies and caciocavallo.

Another delicacy not to be missed is the panelle sandwich.
The panella is a chickpea flour fritter, a typical street food of Sicilian cuisine.
You can find my favorite near Alcamo at Richard. Very Sicilian sandwich despite the English-speaking name.

I almost forgot! And if you want to exaggerate with the panelle you can also add some crocchè.
